1. Terms of Use and Eligibility

• By using the store, you acknowledge that you have the full legal capacity to enter into contracts and make purchases.
• "Isdal Line" store reserves the right to modify, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and modifications become effective as soon as they are published on this page.

2. Products and Prices

• At "Isdal Line", we work to provide the most accurate description possible of the products (isdals, abayas, etc.) in terms of colors, sizes, and fabric type. However, colors may vary slightly depending on the photography lighting or your device's display screen.
• All prices displayed in the store are in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
• The store has the right to modify product prices or offer promotions and discounts for specific periods according to its marketing vision.

3. Ordering and Cancellation of Transactions

• A purchase order is considered confirmed only after the payment process is successfully completed and a order confirmation message is received via email, WhatsApp, or text messages.
• The store reserves the right to cancel an order in the event that the product is unavailable, an error occurs in the product pricing, or if fraud is suspected, and the full amount will be refunded to the customer via the same payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are shipped to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia via trusted shipping companies.
• The expected delivery time ranges between [3 to 7] business days (it may increase during peak seasons, holidays, and under shipping company pressure).
• The customer is fully responsible for providing us with a correct shipping address and an active mobile number. Any delays or additional costs resulting from erroneous data shall be borne by the customer.

5. Payment and Security

• The store provides secure and approved payment methods in the Kingdom (Mada, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, [and Tamara/Tabby if applicable]).
• The store undertakes to protect customers' payment data via secure encryption protocols, and card data is not stored with us.

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the regulations and laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute arising—God forbid—relating to these terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Saudi courts.
