1. Responsibility for Shipping Data
- The customer bears full responsibility for the correctness and accuracy of the data entered while completing the order (such as: name, mobile number, and detailed delivery address).
- Please note that we cannot make any modifications to the shipping data once the order has been handed over to the shipping company, and the customer will bear any additional costs or delays resulting from incorrect data.
2. Order Processing and Shipping Timeframe
- Since our products are carefully crafted and prepared, order processing takes between 3 to 15 business days, excluding Fridays and Saturdays (the weekend).
- In the event that order delivery is delayed beyond the specified period mentioned above due to circumstances beyond our control, the customer has the right to contact us to request appropriate compensation or a full refund of the amount paid.
3. Modification of Models and Designs
- We would like to note that the option to modify the models displayed in the store is strictly unavailable.
- This includes (but is not limited to): removing shoulder pads, changing the placement of closures/fasteners, adding snap buttons, or any other modification to the basic design.
- The store is committed to delivering the product with the exact specifications and details displayed and explained on the product page.
